Now that osx1300 visual metric failures have been resolved, we are going to enable visual metric tests on the M2s.

Un-assigning myself, we are not going to be enabling the M2 tp6 essential pageload tests until we get more capacity on the M2s
There is an obsolete patch attached that should be easy to repurposed when we have the capacity
