I'll fix this now (and -03 while I'm at it).

qm-centos5-03 updated fine, but qm-centos5-02 never came back from the reboot after the kernel update. Passing back to server-ops to investigate.

This is a VM, so when the kernel was upgraded the nic drivers were not rebuilt. Anyways, I reverted to the previous kernel and everything seems to be alright. We can work on upgrading to the newest kernel next week or over the weekend.

Coop - can this box go down for a reboot tonight to fix the drivers? Or should it wait until some window?
We have three machines for coverage, so any one can be taken out of production with little impact IMO. Go for it.
Rebuilt vmware tools.
Bug 431000 was filed on this same issue happening again.
